Transform Small Spaces

If you are faced with an abode with small rooms, you may not like them but feel like you cant do anything about it. Maybe you think that you have to spend a great deal of money getting an extension. You could, however that may not be viable or you may not get the planning permission to do so. There are alternatives.

First things first you could set the colour of the fixtures and furnishings to a a neutral scheme. Add an abundant amount of textures with the designs you chose and have reflective qualities so the light can resonate around the room.

A large feature mirror will give the perception of a large space psychologically and cut down the furniture in the room to a minimalist approach to give it more space too.

If you take off any large heavy curtains and add some features of vertical lines it allows more light in the room and brings the focus to the linear patterns in the room as opposed to the size of the room.
